11. Budget allocated to each of its agency, indicating the particulars of all plans, proposed expenditures and reports on disbursements made.

At the beginning of each year budget is approved for the different Departments which is called the BE which depends on the programmme of activities planned by the Department during the year. This is subsequently reviewed and a RE is prepared which becomes the final budget for the year.
