3. Norms set for discharge of its functions

At the beginning of each year, the target of activities is fixed for the various Departments which ultimately are incorporated in the MOU that the organization signs with the Department of Commerce. Performance of the functional Departments namely, FFD, DFD, TDMD, Marketing and TID are judged against the targets set at the beginning of the year through regular reviews.
