7. Particulars of any arrangement that exists for consultation with, or representation by, the members of the public in relation to the formulation of its policy or implementation thereof.

From time to time pre-event meetings are held with participants in select fairs and other programmes organized by ITPO in India and abroad in order to review the progress and brief the participants. These are termed Steering Committee Meetings and are open only to the participants of the particular events.
